We are looking for experienced civil litigators to join our team, working hybrid, based out of our Canterbury and/or Sevenoaks office. Our team’s work spans a wide range of private & commercial client topics.
We are looking for the following qualifications, skills/knowledge and proven experience:
• Minimum of 7+ years PQE
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
• Self-motivated, self-confident with an ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Ability to provide excellent levels of client care to all our clients, who represent a broad spectrum of society;
• Excellent team player, willing to collaborate; and
• Enthusiasm for business development and taking opportunities to network.
Role & Responsibilities
• Undertake high standards of fee earning to help us continue in our goal to deliver a uniquely streamlined, cost-effective and highly personal client experience
• Follow established processes and procedures in order to progress instructions;
• Be actively engaged in growing Leverets client base;
• Engage with marketing activities including building appropriate relationships with clients and business referrers;
• Be involved in the development and marketing of Leverets in line with our business strategy; and
• Ensure our business has the best possible impact on the areas we operate in, environmentally, relationally
